Here at BōKU®, we are passionate about health, super foods, and your happiness! You can return your unopened product to BōKU®’s micro-blending facility for a full refund as long as it is within 30 days of ordering your product. Shipping fees apply. If it has been beyond 30 days and you are unsatisfied with your product, “your dog ate it”, or you cannot take it for any other reason, we are happy to arrange shipment of a replacement BōKU® product of equal or lesser value. We reserve the right to charge a restocking/shipment fee of 10% of the product for exchanges.
